Refund Process

Toytown accepts return requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Step 1: Contact Us

Submit your return request through:

Include:

• Full name

• Order number

• Product name and quantity

• Reason, if you choose to provide one

• Photographs or videos for damage, defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or safety concerns

A specific reason is not required for an ordinary return within the 30-day period.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Wait for return authorization and instructions before mailing the product.

We will confirm the return address and provide a prepaid label when Toytown is responsible for return shipping.

Step 3: Prepare the Return

Where reasonably possible, include:

• The product

• All parts and accessories

• Manuals and safety information

• Original packaging

• Order number or proof of purchase

Package the product securely.

Customers pay return shipping for ordinary change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Toytown covers reasonable return costs for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, or materially misdescribed products.

Step 5: Inspection

Returns are normally inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival.

We verify the returned product, included components, reported condition, and whether damage occurred after delivery.

Step 6: Refund

Approved refunds include the eligible product price and applicable taxes.

Original shipping is refunded where required by law or when the return results from our error, damage, defect, an incorrect item, material misdescription, or a confirmed safety concern.

Step 7: Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We will attempt to cancel the order if fulfilment has not begun. If it has shipped, request a return after delivery.

Safety Concerns

Stop using any potentially unsafe toy, keep it away from children, and retain its packaging, labels, and instructions.

Safety and recall remedies are not restricted by the ordinary 30-day return period.
